We inform the kind audience that, due to the national strike proclaimed by the USB union for the entire day of Friday 13 December, it is not currently possible to guarantee the two regular performances of Giselle scheduled for 2.30 pm and at 8 pm.
The opening of the curtain will be evaluated based on participation in the strike and can only be confirmed a few minutes before the respective start times.
We invite the audience to monitor the website, the Foundation's social channels and their email inbox to stay updated.
In the event of cancellation of the performance, ticket or subscription holders, regardless of the purchase method used, starting from the official communication on stage, will be able to choose between two possibilities:
1. Change of date
Compatibly with available places, it will be possible to convert your entry ticket to another date of Giselle or to another show of the Opera and Ballet Season 2024/2025:
- At the Ticket Office, by handing over, or showing from your smartphone, the ticket/coupon and immediately choosing your seat on another date;
- Remotely, by sending an email to the Ticket Office with a copy of the ticket/coupon attached and an indication of the new chosen date.
2. Refund request
Anyone unable to change performances or show titles can request a refund:
- At the Ticket Office, by delivering or showing the ticket/coupon from your smartphone no later than Friday 20 December; the refund can be made in cash or, preferably, by crediting the IBAN of your current account;
- Remotely, by sending an email to the Ticket Office with a copy of the ticket/coupon attached and the IBAN code to receive credit to your current account;
- Via Vivaticket, exclusively for those who purchased online, following the instructions that will be sent directly by Vivaticket.
