A Theatre for All
For the 2024–2025 season, the Teatro Regio is pleased to announce exciting news. To guarantee maximum accessibility to all our shows, we have simplified the division of the seating sectors, making them clearer and easier to understand; we have adopted a more favourable pricing policy for patrons, especially for “opening nights”; and we have introduced part payment solutions.

Let’s look at all the big news for the new season:
1. OPERA AND BALLET HAS NEVER BEEN SO AFFORDABLE
Sectors C and D have been merged into a single seating sector, with the ticket price now more convenient than for the “old” Sector D.
2. “OPENING NIGHTS” FOR ALL
We want to open the doors of the theatre to all our patrons even on opening nights, for all theatre-goers to enjoy together the new show on stage. That’s why “opening night” tickets are now priced the same as for other performances.
3. SUBSCRIPTION TICKETS LIE AT THE HEART OF OUR THEATRE
Purchasing or renewing a subscription ticket has never been so convenient. The discount compared to buying single tickets has now been raised from 20% to 30%.
4. BRING ALONG NEW FRIENDS
The 10% discount off the price of additional tickets purchased by subscribers has been raised to 30% off for showings of Tchaikovsky’s The Queen of Spades and Thomas’s Hamlet. Another good reason to bring along friends to discover the magic of the Teatro Regio.
5. PRE-SALES ON SPECIAL PROMOTIONS FOR SUBSCRIBERS
For some special promotions, a pre-sale period is reserved exclusively for subscribers to get in first on the offer
6. PAYMENTS HAVE NEVER BEEN EASIER
Part payment solutions for subscription tickets and carnets are available via PayPal and Klarna.

For this show, the seating plan is divided into six sectors.
Restricted view seating refers to seats in the stalls and in boxes located on the sides of the theatre with only a partial view of the stage.

If you are aged between eighteen and thirty, come join our community! With the Regio Card Giovani you have:

- the chance to purchase last-minute tickets at a price of just €20, on sale as of 1p.m. on the day

The Regio Card Giovani and tickets purchased with the card are strictly personal and cannot be transferred.
The Regio Card Giovani can be purchased at a price of €10 from the Teatro Regio Box Office and online from the Teatro Regio website as of Monday, 15 July 2024. The card’s benefits expire at the end of the 2024–2025 Season.
Regio Card
Dedicated to all theatre-goers, the card reserves a 10% discount off the price of tickets for Opera and Ballet Season shows, limited to the purchase of max. two tickets per show. The Regio Card can be purchased at a price of €15 from the Teatro Regio Box Office and online from the Teatro Regio website as of Monday, 15 July 2024. The card’s benefits expire at the end of the 2024–2025 Season.
Groups
A discount of approx. 10% off the ticket price for groups of at least twenty people.
Subscription ticket holders
A discount of approx. 10% off the ticket price is reserved to subscribers; for the operas The Queen of Spades and Hamlet, a special discount of 30% applies.
UNDER 30 PREVIEWS
The Teatro Regio stages special opera previews for patrons under thirty years of age.* A thrilling opportunity for young people to experience the Teatro Regio like never before.
Tickets are strictly personal and go on sale fourteen days before the show at a price of €10. Under 30 tickets can be purchased at the Box Office and online on the Teatro Regio website.
* Ticket holders may be requested to show ID at the entrance to confirm entitlement to the concession.
GIFT CARDS
The new Gift Card is a prepaid voucher for the purchase of tickets to any show on the programme—the perfect gift idea for any occasion! Gift Cards can be purchased online by selecting the desired amount (from a minimum of €10 to a maximum of €300). A gift code will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Gift Cards can be used online only for a maximum twelve months following the issue date and are valid for the purchase of one or more show tickets, for up to the nominal value. If the amount payable is higher than the amount available on the Gift Card, the residual amount can be paid using another of the payment options provided.
DISABLED PATRONS
For wheelchair-bound patrons and their helper, tickets are discounted to €15.
For other disabled patrons purchasing a ticket in the stalls, a discount of approx. 10% applies to the ticket price, with complimentary admission for a helper.
For performances of Roberto Bolle and Friends, complimentary admission applies to the disabled patron, with the ticket for a helper discounted to €80.

Boxes: subscriptions tickets for boxes include six seats, not purchasable separately.
SUBSCRIPTION TICKETS
Subscription tickets include reserved seats for fixed-date shows, with a variable discount off the price of purchasing single tickets. The show Roberto Bolle and Friends is excluded from all subscription tickets.
Series A - B - C - D - F
This subscription ticket gives admission to eight shows.
Discount of approx. 30% off the purchase of eight single tickets.
Under 30s: additional discount of 20% off.
Weekday – Weekend – Matinee
This subscription ticket gives admission to five shows.
Discount of approx. 20% off (Weekdays and Weekends) and approx. 15% off (Matinees) the purchase of five single tickets.
Under 30s: additional discount of approx. 20% off (valid only for Weekday and Weekend subscriptions).
Renewing Subscription Tickets
Reserved seat subscription tickets for the 2023–2024 Season can be renewed for the 2024–2025 Season, confirming the same seat, from Wednesday, 15 May to Saturday 20 July 2024 exclusively at the Teatro Regio Box Office. After 20 July 2024, we cannot guarantee confirmation of the same seat. These conditions apply to all subscription tickets with reserved seating.
New Subscription Ticket Sales
From Monday, 17 June 2024 at the Teatro Regio Box Office and online on the Teatro Regio website, until the date of the first show in the selected series.

Information for Patrons
ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Booking fees apply to all online ticket purchases. Online purchases through the website www.vivaticket.com are charged an additional service fee.
In the event that a show is cancelled, booking fees and additional service fees are not refundable.
SHOW CANCELLATIONS
In the event that a show is cancelled, tickets to the cancelled show and relative subscription coupons will be refunded, less booking fees, upon request, to be made exclusively within seven days from the date of the cancelled show.
Depending on the purchase method, refunds can be requested:
- by writing to richiestarimborsi@teatroregio.torino.it (if purchased at the Box Office)
- online via the Vivaticket website: https://shop.vivaticket.com/ita/rimborsi (if purchased online
or at Vivaticket outlets).
The value of the subscription or carnet coupon will be calculated by dividing the cost of the subscription or carnet by the number of shows to which it entitles admission.
DATE CHANGE REQUESTS
Subscription ticket and carnet holders should contact the Box Office to request the transfer of a coupon to a different date from their series. Transfers can be made only within the same seating sector and depending on availability.
A charge of €5 applies for the service.
Changes can be requested up to 7 days before the show and no earlier than the month preceding the date.
LOST SUBSCRIPTION COUPONS
Subscription ticket and carnet holders can request a duplicate of a lost show coupon at the Box Office on the day of the show.
A charge of €5 applies for the service.
NO TRANSFERS OF TICKETS
Tickets are valid exclusively on the show date for which they are issued. Unused tickets will not be refunded or transferred to another date.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
Teatro Regio Management reserves the right to make changes to the programme, as required for technical or artistic reasons or force majeure.
Updates and any changes to the programme will be announced and published without delay on the Teatro Regio website.
CONCESSION ENTITLEMENTS
Show tickets, subscriptions and carnets sold at concession prices can only be used by people entitled to the concession. Ticket holders may be requested to show ID at the entrance to confirm entitlement to the concession. Where entitlement is not confirmed, the full admission price must be paid.
CARTA DELLA CULTURA, CARTA DEL MERITO, AND CARTA DEL DOCENTE CREDITS
Credit assigned to Carta del Docente, Carta del Merito and Carta del Docente holders may be used for the purchase of show tickets, cards, and subscription tickets at both the Box Office and for online sales.
PROMOTIONS
Teatro Regio Management reserves the right to activate promotional offers over the course of the season.

DISABLED ACCESS
The Teatro Regio provides barrier-free access and priority entrance for disabled patrons. The Teatro Regio concert hall has six wheelchair seating locations; the Piccolo Regio Puccini hall has two wheelchair seating locations.

SURTITLES
Surtitles are screened for all operas in the original language and in Italian. For Italian-language operas, surtitles are screened in Italian and English.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND E-CIGARETTES
During shows it is forbidden to take photographs or make audio-visual recordings and mobile phones must be switched off.
The use of e-cigarettes is not permitted on the premises of the Teatro Regio.
ADMISSIONS
After the start of a show, admission to the theatre is only permitted during intervals.
