We wish to inform our audience that, due to the general strike called for the entire day of Friday 30 October, today's performance of Cavalleria rusticana/Pagliacci has been cancelled.
Ticket holders and subscription voucher holders, regardless of how the ticket was purchased, are entitled to a full refund (excluding any booking fees).
Refund requests must be submitted by 10 November:
- Remotely, by sending an e-mail to the dedicated Box Office address with a copy of your ticket (or subscription voucher) attached and your IBAN to receive the refund by bank transfer;
- At the Box Office, by handing in or showing on your smartphone your ticket (or subscription voucher) and providing your IBAN to receive the refund by bank transfer;
- Through Vivaticket, only for those who purchased online, by following the instructions that will be sent directly by Vivaticket.
