Rosso Beethoven

Musei Reali Torino
Court of Honor of the Royal Palace, June 30–July 22, 2026

Rosso Beethoven

Eight concerts, four conductors, one great protagonist: Beethoven. Under the summer sky of the Court of Honor of the Royal Palace, his music returns to question the present with the visionary power of one who wrote the future before it happened. Anticipating the bicentenary of his death (1827-2027), the Orchestra del Teatro Regio pays tribute to a universal legacy that still speaks today of freedom, brotherhood, and respect for human rights.

Guiding this full immersion into the creative evolution of the genius from Bonn will be award-winning young conductors rapidly rising on the most prestigious stages: Agata Zając, Aram Khacheh, Alessandro Palumbo, and Liubov Nosova. Night after night, ouvertures and suites of extraordinary dramatic intensity will pave the way for the great Symphonies – from the Second to the Fifth, from the “Eroica” to the Seventh –, each entrusted to a different baton, ready to reveal a new and unexpected face.
