For sale online, at the Info-Point in piazza Castello 215 (Offices entrance) for purchases only by credit card, debit card, and Satispay, from Monday to Saturday 10am-2pm, or at Vivaticket Points (see the list) and one hour before the show at Palazzo Arsenale Courtyard for purchases only by credit card, debit card, and Satispay.

It is possible to buy tickets and cards by using vouchers obtained as reimbursement for Teatro Regio's shows and concerts cancelled due to Covid-19 (excluding the four Piemonte dal Vivo concerts).
